Editorial as system

Our engineering process

Editorial as system, the WeAreTheWords engineering process
Editorial engineering: a discipline and methods

We advise the marketing and communications departments of large SMEs, mid-sized companies and institutions. We first clarify their offer with the Clear Offer Framework. We then clarify their brand voice with the Brand Voice Framework. Next, we configure the AI Editorial Assistant that applies this offer and this voice. We also measure how present their brand is in the answers given by generative AI, with the AI footprint diagnostic.

Our conviction: editorial content drives the process; it is not merely decorative. It operates as a forward-looking strategy, a semiotic discipline, and a managed system—with its own architectures, tools, metrics, and improvement cycles.
Time does not pass, it continues

I do not treat clarity as a stylistic quality. To clarify is to regain control over one’s own discourse. It is an act of good governance that decides, models, and authorizes.
