AI Editorial Assistant

Growth

Deploy an editorial assistant that speaks like your brand. And only like your brand.

AI can produce quickly. But producing quickly with no frame is industrialising the blur. This workshop teaches you to configure an editorial assistant aligned with your brand voice and your offer architecture, held in place by semantic rules, and usable by the whole team without drifting out of frame.

Deploy an editorial assistant that speaks like your brand

An essential workshop

You produce with AI. But AI does not speak like you yet. The result? You industrialise the blur, and reap incoherence.

  • Tone varies from one writer and one tool to the next
  • Brand vocabulary is not respected
  • AI use is scattered, with no common frame
  • Quality depends on the few people who “know how to prompt”
  • Impossible to maintain and develop over time

AI amplifies what it is given. Give it blur, and it produces blur at scale. The plan? Give it a frame. Turn your brand voice and your offer architecture into rules the whole team can use on its own.

  • An assistant based on your voice and offer, not on generic material
  • An operational semantic guardrail: banned terms, approved wording
  • A structured, versioned knowledge base
  • A shared frame of use for the whole team
  • A test protocol and a maintenance plan
  • An editorial culture around AI that stays aligned

This is not a workshop about AI. It is a workshop about your brand, equipped by AI. The difference? You do not come away with techniques. You come away with an editorial asset that can be replicated, handed on, and made to last.

  • You train to govern, not to prompt
  • The assistant speaks like your brand, and only like your brand
  • Quality no longer depends on one person: it is written into the system
  • Your internal data stays exclusively yours
  • The frame develops with you, and stays stable through every update

FAQ

No. The day opens with a diagnostic stage that assesses your organisation’s editorial maturity. If your brand voice is partial or informal, the morning is enough to stabilise it to the minimum needed before configuring the assistant. Bring your reference texts; we start from what you have.

The course is agnostic. The principles of configuration, system instructions, knowledge base, banned-terms list and testing, apply to ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini alike. You work on the tool you already use. The only prerequisite is access to a paid subscription.

Not at all. The logic of AI editorial governance applies as soon as a team of two or more produces content with AI. Small and mid-sized companies, and modest communications teams, benefit as much as large organisations, and often more, because drift settles in faster when processes are informal.

By the end of the day you leave with a configured, working editorial assistant, a formalised banned-terms list, a structured knowledge base, a test protocol run and documented, and a governance plan for developing the system. This is not a theoretical workshop. It is a day of production.
